First Choice Health is a PPO network that provides addiction treatment coverage as a required benefit under the Affordable Care Act. If you hold a First Choice plan, your rehab benefits may include medically supervised detox, residential treatment, dual diagnosis care, and therapy services.
S2L Recovery works with most commercial providers, and your First Choice PPO plan may cover a significant portion of your treatment costs, depending on your plan.

Our men’s campus is at 290 Mullican Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110 (36-bed facility on 10 acres). The women’s facility is at 3180 Hill Creek Rd, Woodbury, TN 37190. About 70% of clients come from out of state.
