Our faith-based drug rehab center helps first responders make sense of treatment costs without the runaround.

S2L accepts most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, and Prime Health, and our team verifies your benefits and explains exactly what your plan covers before you commit to anything. First responders who are also veterans or active military may qualify under our TRICARE East in-network status.

Don't let cost questions delay care. Contact us today to verify your insurance.

You Can Help Someone

You stand beside people on their worst day. When a first responder on your crew, in your department, or in your family is struggling with addiction, you don’t have to carry that alone either.

Frequently Asked Questions About

Rehab for First Responders

Rehab for first responders is addiction treatment built around the demands police, firefighters, EMS, and dispatchers face: trauma exposure, shift work, and the pressure to stay strong. At S2L, it combines medical detox, licensed clinical care, and Christ-centered support.

Yes. Our drug rehab for first responders treats opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other substances through medical detox followed by two 42-day residential phases, with dual diagnosis care for co-occurring trauma, anxiety, or depression.

Yes. Alcohol rehab for first responders at S2L starts with medically supervised detox, then residential treatment that addresses both the drinking and the stress driving it, grounded in clinical therapy and biblical teaching.

Firefighters are welcome at S2L. Our rehab for firefighters addresses the same realities other responders face, long shifts, traumatic calls, and a culture of pushing through, with confidential medical, clinical, and pastoral care.

Yes. Our rehab programs for first responders protect your privacy. Many clients travel from out of state, which adds distance from work and community, and we share information only with the permissions you approve.

S2L accepts most commercial PPO and POS plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, and Prime Health. First responders who are also veterans or active military may qualify under TRICARE East in-network. Call 615.819.4175 to verify.

S2L operates two campuses in middle Tennessee: a men's facility in McMinnville and a women's facility in Woodbury. About 70% of clients travel from out of state, and we help coordinate travel.
