You don't need to be a Christian to come to S2L. Women from any faith background are welcome. That said, Christ is central to everything we do, and many women who arrive uncertain about faith say it became the most meaningful part of their recovery.
Our clinical team uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Object Relations Therapy, AEDP, and creative arts therapy. Each woman gets an individualized treatment plan paired with daily pastoral discipleship.
