An opioid addiction treatment center is a licensed facility providing medical detox, therapy, and residential care for people dependent on heroin, fentanyl, or prescription opioids. S2L combines all three with Christ-centered biblical teaching in one residential setting.
S2L's opioid rehab program offers 5 to 7 days of medical detox, a 42-day Phase 1 residential stay, and an optional 42-day Phase 2. A 6-month internship is also available, giving clients 84-plus days of direct care before stepping down.
Most opiate addiction treatment centers are secular or add faith as an optional layer. S2L is built around the Lost & Found biblical curriculum and staffed by full-time pastors, licensed therapists, and a medical team.
At S2L, MAT (such as buprenorphine) is used only during the 5 to 7 day medical detox phase to ease withdrawal safely. No MAT is used during Phase 1 or Phase 2 residential treatment.
S2L treats dependence on heroin, fentanyl, prescription painkillers (hydrocodone, oxycodone, Percocet, OxyContin), and synthetic opioids. Co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD are treated alongside the opioid use disorder.
S2L is out-of-network with most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, and Prime Health. We are TRICARE authorized.
Therapies include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, the Gottman Method, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, and recreational therapy, paired with daily biblical teaching.
S2L admits adults 18 and older struggling with opioid use disorder, with or without co-occurring mental health conditions. About 70% of clients travel from out of state, and we help coordinate travel.
The men's facility is at 290 Mullican Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110, a 36-bed residential campus on 10 acres. The women's facility is at 3180 Hill Creek Rd, Woodbury, TN. Airport pickup from Nashville BNA is available.
S2L's program shows an 84% completion rate and a 7.5x higher success rate compared to traditional programs. Average length of stay is 60-plus days.
