Our drug rehab programs for veterans treat alcohol, opioid, heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, meth, benzodiazepine, prescription drug, and Xanax addiction. We also serve veterans with co-occurring PTSD, depression, anxiety, and traumatic stress alongside substance use.
Treatment includes 5 to 7 days of medical detox, Phase 1 Residential (42 days), and an optional Phase 2 Extended Care (42 days). Many veterans continue into a 6-month internship before stepping fully into alumni life.

S2L's men's campus sits at 290 Mullican Road, McMinnville, Tennessee, on a 36-bed, 10-acre property. About 70% of clients travel from out of state, and we coordinate travel including airport pickup from Nashville BNA.
